Structures Pvt. Ltd. was started by Mr. Milind Rathi in 1993 to provide consultancy in structural design of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

We introduce ourselves as specialists in the field of structural design (RCC and structural steel works), design peer preview, third party inspection/arbitration, structural audit, etc.


With world-class facilities & experience at our disposal, we provide the highest quality of service. Mr. Milind Rathi

Managing Director and CEO - Structures

Mr. Milind Rathi took inspiration from his father Er. Shyamsunderji Rathi and his maternal uncle Mr.Ramkumarji Rathi Pune, and decided to pursue a career as a Civil Engineer. His Engineering journey started in the june1984 at Government Polytechnic Jalgaon. He passed his diploma in Civil Engineering in 1986 in flying colors. After his diploma he graduated from Marathwada University, Aurangabad, where he secured gold medals for 3 consecutive years and secured the University 1st rank consistently. He studied further for Post Graduation with specialization in Structural Engineering at the prestigious V.J.T.I. , Mumbai through GATE89 score of 94.73 percentile on a scholarship.

He worked at M/S Structures, in Pune in 1989, and Dubon project engineer in Mumbai for one year each. In the June of 1993 he started his own consultancy 'Structures' at Jalgaon with a team of 3 people. As time passed he went on to broaden his portfolio and developed an efficient team. Today he has a Strong team of 30 Engineers that are nothing less than family.

His disciplined, hard working, calculative risk taking and spiritual ability makes him very efficient and ethical in his work. In his free time he enjoys reading, trekking, mountaineering and running. For him ‘Structures’ is not just a work place, it’s his place of worship.
